Overview
You face a problem with Onyx where the customer name hyperlink in Task and SR does not work in Chrome. For the old CRM the customer profile automatically popped out when you clicked on the customer's name, and you expect that when you click on a name at SR, it should straight away direct to the profile page. However, for the new CRM, it still stays as the SR and you need to click on the browser icon (B) at the taskbar and only then you are able to view the customer's profile which you do not practically prefer.
Solution
The issue is a known issue in older versions of Onyx and it was resolved in version 7.9.1.9 of Onyx along with some other known defects. Also, some features were included in the latest versions.
So, it is advised that you upgrade to the latest Onyx version to get rid of known defects and enjoy the new features added to the latest version.
