Overview
You are getting an error 502 Bad gateway when trying to access downloads and documentation pages from Avolin portal. You have tried to access the portal from different browsers but still Avolin Download Portal times out.
Solution
Follow the below steps to resolve this issue:
1. Log out of the Support Accounts portal and log in again.
2. If you still encounter any issues, please follow the steps presented in the following Help Center articles depending on your browser to clear the cache, cookies and site data:
Testing:
You should be able to access the Downloads and Documentation pages from Avolin portal.
